Step 3:  Make your $275 registration payment online now or by the deadline of Tuesday, September 12th:


The $275 fee covers entry into the entire competition. This fee includes two 5lb Kosher briskets, six Kosher ribs, two 28oz cans of Bush’s Baked Beans, produce and grill chips, charcoal grills, BBQ utensils and prep materials, charcoal and lighter fluid and oven mitts.  (All Kosher marinade ingredients will be purchased by the individual teams and approved by the mashgiach.)  While you are not required to participate in each category listed below, your odds of winning the grand prize are better if you do.  See point allocation for further details.

Step 4:  Review sample list of approved Kosher Ingredients and approved Kosher symbols.

Step 5:  Review options and submit requests for fresh produce and grill chips by Tuesday, October 3rd at 5pm.

Step 6:  Drop off all shelf stable ingredients to the JCC (8689 W Sahara Avenue, Suite 180, LV, NV  89117) by Wednesday September 26th at 5pm.   NO LATE EXCEPTIONS!

Step 7:  Attend the cooks' meeting & begin marinating meat at Opportunity Village (6050 S. Buffalo Dr. 89113) 

              on Thursday, October 19th at 6pm.  All teams must have a representative present at 6p and all teams must be  

              finished by 9pm.

Step 8: Teams can begin setup of their booth on Saturday, October 21st after sundown (7:00p).

Step 9: Mashgiach will be available to light grills on October 22nd starting at 5am. 

             No teams will be permitted on campus prior to 5am.

Step 10: Winners will be announced around 3:15 pm on October 22nd!
